At 24Sellers, we take great care to ensure our products are of the highest quality and arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy is designed to be fair to you, our customer, while also being sustainable for our small business

• Changed your mind? You have 14 days to return unopened items for a full refund.

• Something wrong with the product? We're so sorry! Contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it immediately with a replacement or refund.

• Damaged in transit? Let us know within 2 days of delivery and we'll sort it out.

A. If You Change Your Mind (Returns for Non-Faulty Items)
You have a legal right to cancel your order and return most items within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are:

• In their original, unopened packaging.

• In a re-sellable condition.

How it works:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@24sellers.co.uk to let us know you’d like to return an item.

2. Pack the item securely and post it back to us at the address we provide. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

3. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5 working days.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on perishable goods (like food and drinks) if the packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty. This is for health and safety reasons.

B. If There's a Problem (Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)
Your satisfaction is our priority. If an item is faulty, damaged when it arrives, or not what you ordered, we will put it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery (and within 2 days for any visible transit damage) at info@24sellers.co.uk with your order number and a photo or description of the issue.

We will happily arrange, at our cost:

• A full refund, or

• A replacement product sent out to you.

Common examples we'll cover:

• A jar or bottle that is broken or leaking on arrival.

• A packet that is torn or already open when you receive it.

• The product is not what you ordered (e.g., you ordered Kurakkan Noodles but received Plain Noodles).

• The product is spoiled or has an "off" smell/taste upon opening.

3. How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide Details: Include your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

3. We'll Guide You: We will reply with instructions on whether to return the item and provide you with the necessary details.

4. Refunds

• We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of us approving the return.

• Please note that it may take 3-5 additional working days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
